With more than 17
years experience in Marketing and Graphic Design,
Mark has held titles of Marketing Director, Creative
Director and Art Director and has won numerous
awards for national ad campaigns.

Most recently, Mark was the Marketing Director for
HealthForce Partners in Bothell, Washington. As
Marketing Director, one of Mark's many
responsibilities included creating and implementing
the marketing campaign for The Wellness Challenge.
The Wellness Challenge product is sold to businesses
nation-wide, and was created to help employers
improve the health of their employees, while
reducing healthcare costs to both the employer and
employee. Clients using this innovative program
include BP (British Petroleum), The Everett Clinic,
Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Nebraska, St. Luke's
Regional Medical Center of Boise Idaho and The
University of Washington.
As the Creative Director for Whitecap North America,
Mark helped clients design branding and manage their
marketing strategies. Mark’s belief in branding
helped his clients achieve a high level of
visibility and market-share. In addition to working
with Whitecap clients, Mark was responsible for
creating implementing and monitoring marketing
campaigns for Whitecap.
Mark was the Marketing Director for Source Real
Estate, a full-service real estate firm in Kirkland.
While there, Mark produced and scheduled TV
advertising and managed web traffic, created and
designed websites, collateral literature and various
marketing pieces. Business for the start-up
increased by 100% during his employment.
Formerly the Art Director of a brand-leading medical
device company in Bothell, Washington, Mark's duties
included establishing and tracking advertising
campaigns; organizing and implementing print orders;
designing booths for trade shows; directing and
coordinating photo shoots; and creating collateral
literature, direct mail pieces, newsletters and
Mark holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Visual
Communications from Seattle Central Community
College in Seattle, Washington. Mark also was
selected to participate in the prestigious
Advertising Art Program while at Seattle Central
Community College. He continues his education and
professional development through courses at the
School Of Visual Concepts in Seattle, Adobe User
Group Workshops and the Annual HOW Design Conference
Series. Mark has been a member of the American
Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA).
Mark and his wife and two children reside in Lake
Stevens, Washington. He and his entire family are
avid baseball fans and enjoy outdoor activities like
bicycling and playing softball.
